The conference this year will be held in Staff House Canham Turner at the University of Hull. The conference starts on Tuesday 5th September with a Professional Update Session in the afternoon covering various relevant topics and will be followed by a full day Scientific Meeting on Wednesday the 6th September. Registration for Delegates will be from 11:00am on the Tuesday, providing for Exhibitors to arrive and set up in good time.
Facilities and Accommodation
The facilities at Staff House, recently renamed: Canham Turner; includes a good exhibition space, seated lecture room. Refreshments will be served throughout the exhibition, which this year will again be held in a single exhibition space.
Accommodation is in The Courtyard residence on the main Cottingham Road campus, just a three minute walk to Canham Turner. You will be able to utilise the accommodation for payment of the appropriate charges but please note only single rooms are available. If you require a double room, please make your own arrangements.
Staff House has recently been refurbished and the name has changed to Canham Turner.

Our regular networking event is being planned for the Tuesday evening, which you are very welcome to and, we hope you will attend! It will be held at ‘The Mission’ in Hull’s museum quarter of the old town and, will be a night of ‘cultural’ entertainment in keeping with Hull as the City of Culture 2017.
The Annual Conference Dinner will be held on the Wednesday evening following closure of the conference, in the Myton Room at Staff House. Dress code is strictly formal and Lounge Suit / Cocktail dresses are essential.
The conference has been very well supported in recent years with a growing exhibition component. We have space available this time to accommodate approximately 20 - 22 exhibitors and leave plenty of space for people to circulate. Stands up to 3m can be accommodated, with no significant height restrictions. Tables provided are standard 1.2m allowing for 3m standard exhibition spaces.
